Been doing my cold water therapy for quite some time now. Always makes me feel much better 🧊 and I hate to say it, but it really does get easier the more frequently you do it.

Depending on where I am I use Ice baths, pods, showers and the sea 🌊

Today I had a lovely cruise around this un-heated reed filtered freshwater pool (even saw some floaters!!!!) followed by the sauna and tub.

I don’t know what the floaters were they looked like very small underwater lizards 🤣 maybe a new Cornish subspecies

One of my personal highlights of 2023 (so far!) was showing my 97 years young best mate Gerald a video filmed at Durlston by cabinet of living cinema of him cruising around on one of the amazing off road mobility trampers.

Thanks to @livingoptionsdevon for making these great bits of kit available to people with limited mobility in multiple locations throughout the South West including our beloved Durlston 🙏

Everyone should be able to get out and enjoy the outdoors and thanks to these trampers even more people can 🍃

Me and my mate @amaram13 just had to visit Gaping Gill when we saw it on’t gram. The winch is only run a few times a year for the public so we packed our jam sandwiches, left at 5am and took the 1.5hr walk to where the magic happens! We had a 4 hour wait but had a walk around ingleborough which was funnily enough was one of the places we visited when we met volunteering last year! What an amazing experience - thank you so much @cravenpotholeclub see you next year!!!
